This is the typical procedure that you need to undertake before taking your case to the courts. If you do not send the appropriate documents before court action your ruling will likely be dismissed. These documents include a warning letter (a Letter Before Action) to be sent 30 days before you intend to proceed with legalities. This letter warns the debtor that you intend to take them to court if they do not pay within the allotted time. You may also need to include any appropriate documentation of any attempts to settle the dispute outside of the legal system.
We at UK-Debt Collection work as your paralegal on a strictly timed basis, we type out documentation and issue them for your signature and submission to court in your name at all times you remain firmly in control, you are the litigant in person.
